Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Media3 Labs Corporation's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Media3 Labs Corporation provides automated content creation and posting services for Google Business Profile. We generate and publish posts on your behalf based on the preferences and information you provide.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current business information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with Google's Business Profile policies
• Review and approve the general tone and style of automated posts
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated by our service is licensed to you for use on your Google Business Profile. You retain ownership of your business information and brand assets. We retain rights to our technology, algorithms, and platform.

Billing and Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $49/month. You can cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.

Service Limitations

While we strive for high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. You have the ability to rollback any post if it doesn't meet your expectations. We are not responsible for changes to Google's policies or API.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will stop creating and publishing posts, and you will lose access to the service. We will securely delete your data upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Media3 Labs Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
